This Privacy Policy describes how PTuna ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use our website and related services. For legal purposes PTuna is located in Queensland, Australia and this policy uses Queensland jurisdiction where applicable.
We use information to operate and improve the site and services, to communicate with you, and to provide the marketplace features. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data for analytics and debugging.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who help operate the site (for example, hosting, analytics). We will only share the minimum required and require those providers to protect the data.
We store data using Firebase services (Google Cloud). We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. If you are in Queensland, Australia, you have rights under applicable privacy laws to access or correct personal information we hold about you.
We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and CDN providers. These services have their own privacy policies; we recommend reviewing them for details.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
