These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PTuna services, website and mobile applications. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
You may use PTuna to browse, purchase, and install dash designs. You agree not to misuse the service and to comply with applicable laws in Queensland, Australia and other jurisdictions where you use the service.
All content, trademarks and other intellectual property on the service remain the property of their respective owners. If you upload content (dash designs), you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant PTuna a license to host and distribute that content.
If we offer paid content, payments may be processed by third-party providers. You agree to the terms of those providers where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law in Queensland, Australia, PTuna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
We may modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
